Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

  • Design & User Experience
  • Full-time

About Us:
Shuffle.com is one of the fastest-growing platforms in the cryptocurrency, sports, and iGaming industries. As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re on the lookout for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our team and raise the quality and consistency of our creative work across brand, partnerships, social media and product.

The Role:

As a mid-weight Graphic Designer, you'll own the design of a wide range of assets, from social content, site creative and merchandise to promotional graphics and brand collateral. You'll work closely with marketing, partners and internal teams to produce work that looks sharp, ships fast and helps grow the brands Shuffle supports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in graphic design, ideally across brand, social, marketing or in a fast-moving in-house or agency environment.

  • Taste: Strong visual judgement and a real understanding of internet culture, creators and social media. Able to produce work that feels current and fits the Shuffle brand.

  • Execution: Able to take design projects from brief through to final delivery, handling multiple requests at once without dropping quality.

  • Mindset: High agency, practical and comfortable taking ownership of work without significant oversight.

  • Craft: Confident across layout, typography, colour and motion basics, with a strong eye for detail.

  • Collaboration: Strong communicator who works well with marketers, partners and internal teams, and takes feedback well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social & Site Creatives: Design assets for social media, marketing, website and other channels, from static images and vectors to short-form motion.

  • Brand Consistency: Adhere to, maintain and evolve brand imagery and design systems.

  • Promotions & Activations: Produce creative for promotions, events and partner activations.

  • Partner & Support: Create assets that support partners across their content and campaigns.

  • Speed & Volume: Turn around a high volume of requests quickly while keeping quality high.

  • Asset Management: Organise and maintain design files, templates and libraries so the team can move fast.

  • Iteration: Test and refine creative based on performance and feedback to improve results over time.

Highly Beneficial If You Have:

  • Motion design or short-form video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere or similar).

  • 3D modelling skills, particularly in Spline and/or Blender.

  • Experience designing merchandise, packaging and knowledge surrounding tech packing and garment construction.

  • Knowledge of crypto, online gambling or sports betting.

  • Experience designing for creators, influencers or streamers.

  • Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of current design trends and internet culture.
