US Paid Media Manager

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Full-time

About Us:

Shuffle.US is a fast-growing social casino platform operating across the United States.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition for Shuffle.US across existing and new advertising channels.

This role is highly performance-driven. You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns, scaling spend, improving acquisition efficiency, and continuously finding new ways to acquire high-quality users across the US.

The Role:

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day execution and performance of paid media across Shuffle.US.

You’ll manage existing advertising platforms, launch new channels, work closely with creative and data teams, and make decisions based on CAC, LTV, FTDs, deposits, retention, and overall user quality — not simply platform-reported conversion numbers.

You should be comfortable managing meaningful budgets, testing aggressively, analysing performance across different US states and audiences, and moving quickly when something works.

This is not a role where you simply maintain existing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who actively searches for new growth opportunities, challenges current assumptions, experiments with new channels and takes ownership of acquisition performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–4+ years in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, ideally within social casino, gaming, fintech, crypto, ecommerce, or another high-volume consumer business.

  • Paid Media Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Google, programmatic, native advertising, or similar channels.

  • US Market Understanding: Strong understanding of US consumer acquisition, including differences in performance across states, audiences, demographics, and advertising platforms.

  • Performance Mindset: Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, attribution, retention, and payback periods. Able to look beyond platform-reported performance and understand actual business impact.

  • Scaling: Proven ability to identify winning campaigns and scale spend while maintaining user quality and acquisition efficiency.

  • Testing: Comfortable running structured tests across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, bidding strategies, geographies, and new advertising platforms.

  • Ownership: High agency and comfortable taking responsibility for targets, budgets, and outcomes without significant oversight.

  • Analytical: Strong ability to work with data, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and make decisions quickly based on performance.

  • Creative Understanding: Able to identify what makes a strong paid social creative and work closely with creative teams to continuously improve output.

  • Commercial: Comfortable managing significant advertising budgets and reallocating spend quickly based on performance and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Ownership: Own campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling across Shuffle.US paid acquisition channels.

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate paid media budgets across channels, states, audiences, and campaigns based on performance and growth opportunities.

  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor CAC, LTV, FTDs, registrations, deposit behaviour, retention, revenue, and other relevant metrics to improve acquisition efficiency.

  • Creative Testing: Work closely with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate paid media concepts, UGC, static ads, video formats, hooks, offers, and landing-page messaging.

  • New Channel Discovery: Continuously identify and test new acquisition channels, including social, display, audio, CTV, programmatic, native, influencer amplification, and emerging advertising platforms.

  • Scaling: Identify successful campaigns quickly and scale them across additional audiences, states, creative formats, and channels.

  • Attribution & Measurement: Work closely with data and engineering teams to improve pixels, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, attribution, and measurement across paid media platforms.

  • User Quality: Evaluate campaigns based on downstream user behaviour and long-term value, rather than simply registrations or platform-attributed conversions.

  • Reporting: Build clear reporting around spend, CAC, LTV, acquisition volume, state-level performance, channel performance, creative performance, and testing outcomes.

  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand paid acquisition across eligible US states while navigating advertising regulations, platform restrictions, and compliance requirements.

  • Platform & Regulatory Compliance: Stay on top of advertising policies and restrictions relevant to social casino, sweepstakes, gaming, and related categories in the US.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Growing Shuffle.US paid acquisition while maintaining sustainable LTV.

  • Consistently finding and scaling profitable campaigns.

  • Increasing the number of validated acquisition channels.

  • Improving creative performance through continuous testing and faster iteration.

  • Building a clear understanding of which states, audiences, channels, and creatives generate the highest-quality users.

  • Reducing reliance on platform-reported attribution and improving our understanding of the true incremental impact of paid media.

  • Moving quickly from small-scale testing to meaningful spend when opportunities are identified.

  • Developing new acquisition channels beyond traditional paid social.

Highly Beneficial If You Have:

  • Experience in social casino, sweepstakes casino, sportsbook, or online gaming.

  • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns specifically within the United States.

  • Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.

  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Google, or programmatic advertising.

  • Experience with server-side tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, incrementality testing, and attribution.

  • Experience analysing performance at a state or regional level.

  • Experience with CTV, programmatic, audio, native, or display advertising.

  • Experience working directly with creative teams on performance advertising.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

  • Understanding of US gaming, sweepstakes, and social casino advertising regulations and platform policies.

  • Experience operating in environments where advertising restrictions require creative approaches to acquisition and channel development.
