You’ll play a key role in building the best cryptocurrency gaming experience on the market.
The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer at Shuffle.com, you’ll be passionate about crafting and designing complex, responsive web and mobile interfaces with a creative flair. Working closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and technical teams, you’ll bring our platform to life, delivering a seamless experience for our users. Your role will be crucial in transforming concepts into polished UI/UX designs that align with both company objectives and user needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5 to 6 years of experience who can take ideas from inception and prototype through to user testing and final UI across the Shuffle ecosystem—including our Sportsbook, Casino, and associated features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape and launch features is essential.
At Shuffle, we value more than just design skills. Soft skills like collaboration, communication, persuasion, attitude, and emotional intelligence are core to this role. Communication is especially vital—you’ll need to articulate your ideas clearly, listen to feedback, and contribute thoughtfully to team discussions.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer delivering exceptional digital experiences. A background in visual or graphic design is a plus.
Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your creativity and expertise in UX/UI design.
Mindset: A growth mindset with a passion for continuously learning and navigating the complexities of designing intricate user interfaces. Flexibility and resilience in ambiguous situations are essential.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work constructively with Product Managers and other team members. You’ll advocate for user-centricity throughout the end-to-end product development process, from vision to conception and build.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design: Create innovative, cross-platform user interfaces that adhere to the latest design standards. Ensure that each design and feature delivers an outstanding user experience, contributing to a cohesive brand that resonates with our customers.
User-Centered Design: Drive a user-centered design approach by conducting research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
Ideation: Utilise collaborative ideation techniques to create and validate solutions and prototypes.
Delivery: Advocate for an iterative design process, constantly innovating, connecting, and showing work in progress. Validate ideas with real customers, iterate, ship, learn, and grow.
Design System: Create and update relevant UI design patterns within the Shuffle Design System and framework, ensuring proper governance and usage.
Skills & Attributes:
Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard UI and interaction design tools, including Figma and the Adobe Suite. Experience with interaction design tools like Protopie is beneficial.
Design Skills: Strong skills in user interface, web, and interaction design. Previous experience designing sports betting and gaming/gambling interfaces is highly advantageous.
UX Design & Research Tools: Proficiency in rapid/iterative wireframing and prototyping. Experience with user research tools such as Askable, Dovetail, Optimizely, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop is highly beneficial.
Highly Beneficial If You Have:
Knowledge of online sports and gambling
Experience with buying and selling cryptocurrency
