The Role:

As a Frontend Developer at Shuffle.com, you’ll be responsible for building and optimising our user-facing applications, ensuring they are fast and responsive. You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to bring our platform to life, delivering a seamless experience for our users.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a developer with at least 3 years of experience in frontend development, who is proficient in modern web technologies and passionate about creating efficient, high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Build and maintain user-facing applications using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, and other web technologies.

  • React Proficiency: Leverage the React technology stack or another modern frontend development framework to create dynamic, responsive interfaces.

  • Code Optimisation: Optimise code execution efficiency and help standardise the team’s code according to best practices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver a cohesive product.

  • Problem Solving: Apply excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve our platform.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in frontend development.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, and other web development technologies.

  • Framework Expertise: Proficient in the React technology stack or at least one modern frontend development framework.

  • Optimisation Skills: Strong ability to optimise code execution and standardise code according to industry best practices.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex development challenges.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Communication: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
